Ayahuasca Medicine Retreat Peru

To say these medicine ceremonies changed my life for the better is an understatement. I used to wake up every day in a fight with myself to embrace the day and not be ruled by negativity and overwhelm. As I reflect, I have felt like I have been dragged through much of life and been stuck in a constant spiral of self-doubt, shame, low confidence, and overthinking. I have taken psilocybin a handful of times, but a huge distinction must be made for the healing that can be done when your journey is facilitated by a knowledgeable guide. Justin's approach was a perfect balance of imparting wisdom when needed and also allowing space for my autonomy and for the medicine to do its work. The breathwork he teaches you enhances the medicine and also gives you tools that will continue to help you integrate when you leave. The realizations on this journey have helped me reconcile blocks in relationships and, most important, the block I had in the relationship with myself. It all starts from healing within and gaining the courage to be who you authentically are, and I now feel that reality with all of my heart. The property is also breathtaking and sacred. The night sky is amazing, and there are many treasures to find, including a very powerful medicine wheel that I will definitely be back to experience again.
